vids on my site

i am using html code from microsoft homepage to build my site and im trying to get a video on it

this is the code that i am using but it is a file off my computer so im just wondering how i change it to use the video from a link

and does any one know a good site where i can host a video from i only know of www.imageshack.us but its only for images

to get a video on your site you will have to pay for a host.

God dam, and doing HTML for a vid is hard so you will need to make a site from frontpage then add the Vid you want then get all the HTML coding and buy space for a website from any host, then select all the HTML code and put it on.
