why would I want a pci and not agp?

It is PCI-Express, not regular PCI. It isn't faster then AGP. Same speed basically according to benchmarks. I would personally not buy any video card at this point because Nvidia is gonna release new ones soon.

Yeah but did you see those two 6800 cards I posted.. those are bad ass too.. esp the Water block one..

Yeah. I personally like the BFG Tech nVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT (AGP Version) better. The water block one is only nessesary if you really use watercooling. Or does it come with a cooling heatsink/fan?

Actually, the PCI-X versions are slightly faster, they clocked a bit higher than the AGP versions. Also, PCI-X 16x interface is twice the spead of AGP 8x but I doubt that current graphics cards could currently use this to their advantage.

At this point I've seen benchmarks showing that PCI-X are not at all faster... and in fact can be beaten by AGP 8X cards.
