If you have better ram you can raise the FSB or HTT(?) for AMD. RAM can prevent you from doing this if it wont go over it's timings and if you change the ratio to raise the fsb or htt then your ram will run slower.

Dead pixels only occu when a LCD monitor is left on a lot or something like that. So, it just depends if you take care of it.

DONT FORGET ABOUT MUSHKIN !
Mushkin High Perf. lvl III pc-3200 is good oc'ing ram, especially if you get the 2-2-2 edition (what I have and love it)
go on newegg, and look up those parts, they dont carry any ultra products, but newegg is usually cheaper than tigerdirect for more things. it could save you some money if you go newegg and order the parts, and build it urself or have some helpful person like jack22 build it 4 u.
