Stickey/filter Keys Help

I Was Trying To Do A Powerpoint And This Thing Called Filter Keys Came On Now Whenever I Try To Type Periods Or Commas The Arrows Come Up Can Anyone Help
Sorry For Caps The Caps Lock Is Off And It Still Types This Way

u should just go to control panel and go to acessbility and find what ur looking for and disable it. i think i had that too. it should work.

nevermind, I got rid of em by doing ctrl alt delete, and closing explorer, and then running it again.
