Explain how i'm lossing money Ok AMD cost less but you end up buying a 150 to 200 mobo. Like I said I just do video things and not high end games.

The system you have right now would be more than enough for me (heck, I'm getting by on a 466 Celeron, 256 MB RAM and a 4.3GB HDD!!!).

Agreeing with an eairlier post and on second though, I would probably wait for a 64 bit CPU.

Your right jack22 I gues we got cought in the intel and amd battle. But we both agree on that for what his doing his system will work great and if he changes amd or intel would work for him just depends how high hi whants to go

WOW, I can't believe he wants to upgrade. Taht is a great computer, and will do anything he wants. I can't really tell him not to upgrade because right now i'm upgrading big time, but that should do great for now. Otherwise it would be a waste of money. And, I'm with Jack22, AMD all the way.
