Best graphics card?

I'm willingto spend about $170-$200 on a decent graphics card, which is the best out there?

I would avoid previous generation technology and go with the 6600GT. If I was looking to upgrade I would get the 6600GT. The 9800 Radeon doesn't even stack up against the FX5900.. so how could it possibly be any good against the 6600GT?

not to take away attention from Sportsdude11751's question, but i have a ati 9600 video card, and I dont play many vide games, but do a LOT of photoshop work. What should i upgrade to? or do i even need to upgrade?

Not really. I have a 9600 pro turbo on my laptop, and it runs graphics GREAT.
