Well, i've looked everywhere, and I've narrowed it down to these 4 mobos. I'm getting a Athlon64 3200+ 2.0GHz socket 939. Which one do you all think, please, i need help, i don't know very much about this stuff.

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-130-485&depa=1 I like this one a lot, but, what do i know

I would say one of the last two, because Ive heard bad things about ECS and I used to have a Foxconn :(, but maybe theyre better now,

anyway those last two would be my pick if it had to be out of those 4

Foxconn and ECS are only for people who want to go 64-bit, but don't have enough money. Soltek is so-so. What is your budget? I'll see if I can find a good one for your price range. But, if not I would say that the MSI one. But, that's Micro ATX so you won't have that many PCI slots for expansion.

I don't want to spend much more than one hundred dollas, and i kinda like the MSI one too

I like solteks, and that one is a decent board. I have never tried the xpress chipset, so i can't tell u about it, But I do know that Soltek makes good boards, and that it's good for OC'ing.

I kind of wanted to try to overclock, but i've heard of people messing things up when trying to. And the onboard graphics and audio will take quite a load off of the processor, making it a bit faster right, the msi one.

The msi has no OC features to let you know. And if you use onboard stuff it is only easier on the psu.

OK, so how would one go about overclocking his processor, it really makes no sense to me
