how do i change resolutins in xp w/o having to use mouse or not seeing? something like pressing a button. i accidentally changed my res on xp to something my monitor couldnt disply so now i cant see.

It should atomaticly go back to it's normal setting. Try safemode i guess or um well mayby you can reset it by pulling out teh gfx card or dam i dont know..lemme go check something.

OK, dude, i tried this on mine, this is how it works. Press the windows button, then press c (control pannel, or if you recently used a program that starts with c, press c again toget to control pannel, enter, tab 5 times, enter, tab 8 times, enter, press the left key a few times, then press a to apply. Now this is how it worked on mine. I am running xp, and the control pannel is on category view, if yours is on classic view this won't work. Try it and tell me if it worked, if not, i'll try something else.

It will not go back to the normal mode without some coaxing...trust me, I recently had this problem too.

BigLu's method seems pretty good. I used safemode, changed it to 640x480x16mil colors(I think I sitll had that option) After restarting(as it requested) it was at a managable resolution. Either way should get it done...

remembering all those keys would be hard for me... I'd use safemode. allI need to remember is F8 :D
