Blue Screen of Death constantly

well i'm back with problems. The last known config worked for a day or two, then I just got the problem back and didn't really want to mess with it. I want to try what AMD ZEN said, but i'm not exactly sure how to do it. Any ideas?

Okay I went through and did what AMD ZEN said, and it fixed it for a couple hours. Then I just barely got the BSoD again. Any other ideas?

Desperate need of help

Okay it's just been getting worse and worse. I seriously get BSoD over 10 times a day, and it's driving me insane. I did on AMD ZEN said, and that didn't work. I havn't updated my BIOS because I don't know how to do that. Could there be a problem with my drivers perhaps? Oh post anything you know i want this thing gone by tonight. jester6435 on AIM. Please.
