Dont jump to conclusions when there is no need too. Its obviously not beeping but thay probally means something isnt connected right.

Also resit your gfx card.

but usually something is toast though.. more often then not the CPU do to overheat...

Took everything appart, memory, processor, etc. Nothing appears to be burned/fried/cooked. Well, I'm gonna mess around a little bit more with it. If I can't get it running, I'll bring it to my instructor at college. He's fixed computers for students before.

good thinking... but usually when somethings fried like chicken, it doesnt show external fryage unless it blew up.
also check all the capacitators on your motherboard, they sometimes leak onto the PCB which isnt a good thing...
