Help! Need to reset the bios! (overclocked too high)

Hi, i tried upping the cpu clock earlier and accidentally did it abit too high (from 166 to 190). Now it wont boot the hdd (winxp), and when i try to change it in the bios, it just freezes. I once did it to 200, and it worked when i pressed reset button. Now I cant do anything! And i'm not sure how i reset the bios from my motherboard...Can soembody help quickly! I'm shittin mesen ere...

motherboard is: GA-7S748-L

cpu is: AMD Sempron 2800+

The 3 pins on my mobo nxt to 'clear cmos' aren't pins, they're just 3 metal dots
 
Ah sorry i panicked abit too much there. I had a good look through the manual and found it. Mod can delete this post now! Cheers...
