that is a very nice card!
but I didnt see anything about a 6950 in that article, all sweet ATI x850 512mb goodness. its a shame all these new cards that are coming out are PCI-E. with so many AMD fanboys out there like meself im gettin tired of seeing intel procs. and mobos getting all the Graphics glory. I do know that there are some new socket 939 PCi-E mobo's out there, and there pretty good (especially the ones with SLI) but maybe they might think of making one in socket 754? because they do have PCI-E on some Socket 478 boards out there...

No socket 754 is dead, it is no longer gonna be used!! AMD are focusing on 939 pin and dual core processors.There will be a 6950 ultra it was just not mentioned in the article, and it will also have 521 megs of memory!! The future is dual core pci-express systems!!

Yeah, 939 has dual channel memory support!! Its just better overall, and the prices are droppin anyway! I cant wait for the fx-57

Yeah, arent we all I'll hopefuly get a job in the summer and commence the long painful saving period were it is impossible to socialise or go out coz u simply cant afford it!!
