everytime i shut donw my computer it freezes on the windows screen saying "shutting down" but it just stays there. i always have to restart it! its annoying me.
are there any programs running that are not responding? try ctrl+alt+delete to see and try shutting them down manualy, also could be adware, that stuff slows a computer down like crazy.
