Forgotten Password - Help

Can someone please help me!? I changed my widows password and i have forgotten it! i know its not likely but some how ive managed to do it, I seem to have forgotten the wording, can someone help, i have had my computer on for a week constantly and im worried if i turn it off i wont be able to get bk on, thanks!

You certainly have the GUESS log on, use it to enter your PC; then start a under a new username with administrator privileges and....use a HINT question to remember your password!

nearly there! but how do i restore?

thanks for that... there one problem... It says to restore the system to a time when you wil remember the password. id like to try that how do i restore my system? thanks again

All you have to do is restart it and press the F5 key to start in safe mode. Then a screen will pop up, choose restore to an earlier date. You will get a window with a calendar with darkened dates which are valid restore points; use the latest date or a date you know what the password was.
