i just got done doing the 1.4v mod and was able to overclock this sucker to 445/1.22 and pumped out this..
temps never went above 60c
everything else in my sig is still stock.
now im definately done, going back down to 420/1.15 nice and stable in doom 3

But, I still love my 6800 NU. It's cheap and it's worth it. Not to mention that it performs really well.
