Historians say China will be the 22nd century world power. They will have most troops, most money spent on military, richest country.

They have the most troops right now... but the fact remains is their military budget is a fraction of the US military budget (like 3-5% I believe). Additionally, they are making a transition to a democracy... slowly. They aren't the richest country either... infrastructure is crap outside the cities.. their economy is also overheating.
