oh not really! its instant and less pain then manually updating HTML pages and stuff liek that if soemone wants to change it they need ftp access, and the like.
and programming one from scratch is hard it took teams of people several months to create!

Lol - yeah... CMS isn't easy to make Especially personally customisable stuff. Forums are even harder
But its still worth it. Its like food is always better if you've made it - rather than brought it and thrown it on a plate.
