Help, computer wont power up

I've been working on this for days, and I do not know what the problem is. I've built this PC and it will NOT power up for anything. Just sits here on my floor dead.

Here's my components:

Chaintech 7VNF4 nForce4 Socket 939 Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ CPU Retail Boxed w/Fan
Mad Dog Surepower 500W BTX/ATX Smart Cable Power Supply
XFX GeForce 6600 PCIE 256MB DDR3 w/ DVI & TV Out
Seagate 120GB EIDE HD 7200/8MB/ATA-100
Kingston 1024MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz (2 x 512MB)
Mad Dog Surepower 500W BTX/ATX Smart Cable Power Supply

Any insight someone can offer as to what i screwed up would be appreciated.

Did you make sure everything was pushed in? My computer doesn't boot up when it is on it's side. Is the ram in all the way? Just triple check everything. Is you cpu in properly? Dide you apply too much thermal grease? Too little?

ya i just disconnected and reconnected everything.. i think it had something to do with my jumpers, it popped right off this time around
