oh man when the bomb goes off in the mansion level my frames drop down to about 6fps...i get max 70fps for about 1 sec if i die then go into a completely black area. while im playing i only get 40fps max, usually around 29-32fps.

Cool. Make sure it's the Winchester core...Newcastle isn't as good for OC'ing. Becides the new price drops should be a big benefit for you.
