What do I need to run basic FPS smoothly?

O well i wasz assuming it was a lappy. Yea nvm, you can install a new, better gfz card. Wow ok that changes stuff.

Yeah sorry, guess I should have mentioned it was a desktop. When I hear VAIO I always think of desktop, I forget most people probally think of laptop.

It will run CounterStrike Source and the like fairly smoothly, but with just a PCI bus, don't expect too much.

Yeah, no AGP slot. Apparently Sony didn't have gamers in mind with this thing. Oh well, my fault for being a noob and buying an off the shelf.

It's a 2002 btw.
