Zoomtm, I just got off the phone with Dell and they said I need to reformat the computer. I'm not buyin' it. I believe they (Dell) always says reformat instead of trying to find a solution. It's easy for them to say since it's not their computer they're wiping clean. Dell also told me that it's not working because I have Upgrade and not the full version. I just bought the full version from them and am hoping Best Buy will take back the Upgrade version I bought from them.
