Easytune 4 - CPU Multiplier wont change?

right i did that, and then it let me change something called 'CPU Clock (Mhz)' which was set at 166. Is this what i should be changing?

what do u mean locked? i didnt have to unlock nothin to change my clock speeds, just changed fsb in bios, tehy cant lock it in the cpu, only the mobo can lock the settings, waht kina mobo u have?

You can change the FSB, but the Multipliers are locked.
