mx420 wont play battlefield 1942!!

hey for some odd reason my geforce mx420 64mb with tv out wont play battlefield 1942. i installed directx 9.0c on my comp but still wont work. does anyone know wat the problem is???!!!! when i click on it to play nothing comes up.

yeha i got all the latest omega drivers but it says on the case that it can take geforce 4,3 gpu's
