PSU worry!!!

This is what im planning to put on my computer:

-80 GB IDE maxtor hard drive
-ATI 9600 XT
-Another 512 MB ram

Im getting all worked up now. I only discovered the other day that my computer only has a 250 watt PSU!!! Which is crap. The only reason why im getting so worked up is the fact I have no idea about them. So even if i did get a new one I would have no idea how to fit it. But will my system be able to run all the stuff without it bursting into flames or crashing on this current PSU??? I really, really do need a new graphics card because this one is killing me.

Any ideas would help.

a regular psu will not work in your computer since its a dell..call dell and ask if they have a better one for your model..but in most cases they wont
