I OC my presscott a good amount W00T

My 3.2 presscott heater is OC to 3.6 currently at 51 C. I am going to try for more in a mintue. SWEEEETT, it's the copper zalman HS i have.

i am going for 3.8 brb

54 C @ 3.7
probably 58-62 @ 3.8 which is OK for a prescott
i would probably leave it at 3.6 or 3.7 though if you get over 60 on 3.8, but who knows, that's only my opinion

lol, wuts the max rated for those prescotts? isnt it like 85 or sumthin?
hmm, hes not on, mebbe he DID fry it ... or just ocd it too much to wehre the comp wont even start, i did that the other day, had to reset bios, pain in the ass, no jumper for it

nope i had to reset my bios, it wouldnt take to 3.8. It was stable at 3.6 though, i think i will get better cooling even though i already have a zalman copper HS.

Still a pretty decent overclock 3.6!!! The next thing to do would b to water cool or use that passive cooling stuff by prometia!! I'm not really sure

Yea, when i get the money but ima sell this system and advertise it at 3.7 since it was stable at that.

lol dont do that on ebay, say it is a 3.2 and say O'C to a 3.7 very stable i bet you will get a buyer
