-Reliable
-Lots of features
-Slightly cheaper

Cons:
-A bit big

Pros:
-Nice, slimed down design
-More accessories

Cons:
-A bit more expensive
-Not as many features
-Crappy-ass customer service

I would go with Creative, even though it's bulkier. With Zen, you can change batteries when they're dead, but with DJ, you can't.

Actually I think the Zen Touch has a built-in battery, so you can't take it out.
