ok i figured out what stuff i want to get, (remember in canada everything costs way more) so would this play all the games out right now adn then a little down the road with all high settings and no lag? Also what PSU would i need?

AMD - Athlon-64 2.0Ghz, S-939 32/64 Bit, 512K, (3200+), Retail Box

MSI K8N NEO4-Platimun-SLI ,2xPCIe 16x, 4xDDR, 3PCI, SATA, 1394, Live! 24bit

And two of:
MSI NX-6600GT-TD128E 128M PCI-EXPRESS DDR3 VGA/DVI/TV-Out Retail, 2YR

looking at $1248.00 for that in total or with one 6800 the "BFG GeForce 6800 Ultra OC, 256MB GDDR3, 256-Bit, PCI-E, (BFG Lifetime) Retail" im looking at $1580.10

jsut wondering what you think will be a better deal...i dont need a top of the line system..i was thinking maybe go with the 3500+ and then the 6600's but i wont if this'll play all the games (doom 3, far cry, etc.) with high settings and no lag...im getting ram later..and yes its ballistix

I would get 3500+ definently winchester(Insane OC) and get 1 single 6800GT even, they beat dual 6600's in benchmarks and games.

winchester core is 90nm not .13 micron, uhhhh u dun really need the 3500 THAT much, cuz the 3200 will oc to 2.5 EZ and u may wanna get dif hs& f and i would suggest the aspire x navigator case, comes with 500W psu, really nice, and lots of case fans, then 1gig ram .... i got cheapest i could find and its pretty good i got it runnin at 2-3-3-7 which aint bad, lol check the "comp specs" thread if u wanna c wut i got, i got case, cpu, mobo, ram, and hs&f for cpu and gpu, for about 750 USD, just go with set up like mine :) with the sli and 6600GT's or u could get just PCI-E with ati x850XT PE check froogle for cheap prices on that
