ATI X800 XT or NVIDIA BFG 6800 ULTRA

I was in the market for one of these and am wondering which one is better? and if i am gaining or loseing anything with going with one over the other. Thanks

They're both pretty good. Generally the 6900 Ultra is great though. Especially the BFG.
