thats a stupid question ur comapring a 64-bit processor to a 32-bit processor.......a 2000mhz fsb to 400fsb..........all the research now a days is being poured into 64-bit and to get a 32-bit suckass xp woul dbe going back to the stone age
NOTE:there isnt that much price difference
