Which AMD 64 core?

i know winxchester is known for its oc'ing capabilites, my fx gets farely warm, so i plan to get the msi sli mobo with a new amd cpu,
so which is the best core:

-sledgehammer
-clawhammer
-newcastle
-winchester
-other(if there is one?toledo eventually, but i mean now)

my fx was a clawhammer, and that got really warm, so im trying to get the "best" preformance cpu other than the fx and price isnt an issue, ill still get alot for a used fx/asus a8n sli mobo combo.
