lol..Thanks every1, at the mo i have 256MB DDR 333 CL 2.5, but im not sure wot make it is. If it was crucial for example, would i be able to get some Kingston 256MB DDR 333 CL 2.5? Or would i need to find the exact same stick of ram and use that....
if you download the program cpu-z (easily donwloaded if ya search google) and then look in the tab SPD, it tells ya manufacturer of memory (well mine does nayway imagine yours would!)
im not sure if they have to be exactly same. i think speed should be same and capacity. manufacturer might make a difference, like if it was for dual channel?
