best monitor manufacturer in the world...

simple question.. who makes the best monitors?

I've heard dell -despite their *less than desirable*- actually make good monitors?

what you think?

(im thinknig really only of CRT monitors here.... flat screen way out my price range!)

For LCDs, get Samsung when you do get the money. CRTs, I like Viewsonic.

i have 3 moniters 2 17inch and 1 15inch and i have a DELL, CTX DONT NO ABOUT the other because i sprayed it lol

i know my 19" viewsonic is sweet 16ms response and 500:1 pixel ratio. but i have heard lg are the best overall.

Phillips haven't done anything wrong by me, they have been around for a long time so know what they're doing, plus their warranty is hard to beat

NEC in my opinion has the best color for CRT and LCD.

Definitely for CRTs... KDS. They have a very nice bright monitor.

My Viewsonic Owns all. It is very sensitive though. That is one of its few drawbacks.

MY 19" get 85hz at 1600x1200 and 75hz at 2048x
