Well, you see the little box next to the (Edit) box in the reply window above the Quick reply window?

You click that in someone's reply to give them a Reputation point for helping you.

That way it's fair to say that that person has alot of rep points, cuz he helped alot of people, not cuz he's the coolest guy...See my point ?
