I hate my ict tecnician he locked my account because i infected the network with W32/Netsky.b@mm He was angry with me so i cant use the computers

Furgy i didnt it was this email from Some man and i opened it and the computer said deleted so i deleted it and then my account got locked up. I do not feel sorry for myself
