router question

ok, how would i set up my router so that i can "make/host" games on warcraft 3? because with the way it is now noone can join my games, yet at computer places that have like a massive router, with 30 comps or so, i can host games ... any help?

edit: or if anyone knows that link that takes u to the web page to change the router settings, that would help

Well you have to know what ports to open for the game to work; didn't you get some documentation with the game.
For the router you have to go to Port Forwarding or gaming application and open the proper ports.

How do you access your router settings! If you have a Linksys you have to type an adress 192.169.1.1 ....If you can't access your router settings, read the manual or go to your router's brand website and get some help. But primarily, you have to learn,,,learning is the key to all PC related problems.
