Lol yeah, accualy Giancarlo is right, IF this forum was based in the US, then the goverment could get David in trouble by letting Steven11 in. However, since I believe David hosts it in the UK, we're all good.

Yes, but if the 11 year old is based in the US he still has to get permission. I think. I'm not sure what the international boundaries and regulations are. But I'm pretty sure since the guy is based in the US he has to get permission.
