Make my Dell better!!

Ive only got two slots on my motherboard for ram. So I would have to get another stick 512mb. I want a decent vid card though. I was thinking about the ATI 9600 XT £109. I need to be able to run half life 2 doom 3 and medal of honour pacific assault.

Any other ideas?

definitely get the extra 512 but dont get a 9600xt get a 6600gt, its about £120.00 and its much more powerful!!

yeah, but the 600xt can run hl2 at high 1280X1024 fine, but 6600gt is great.

Way to expensive guys! I need a card under £100 and Ive always been confused becasue everybodies always arguing over whats best. Also bear in mind my motherboard (Which i dont want to upgrade) which only has two slots for ram and an AGP x4 slot. And if you noticed I live in the UK so i dont want to buy anything off some Americain website. Ive been told the 9600 work 99% as well on a x4 AGP then a x8.

Any other ideas?
