At the moment:

Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault (Good, but too many cut scenes and too scripted)

Myst 4 (This is difficult..)

Other games I play less often:

Vietcong: Purple Haze
Call of Duty
SimCity 4
Doom 2 (Yep yep, I still love good old doom 2)

And some others i'm forgetting

I have a game called "Uru" and is suppose to be like Myst, actually I think it is based on Myst. Sweet graphics when played on a 6600GT card. The only thing that sucks about this game is that you can't save it whenever you like. After you work so hard to complete a puzzle, you lose it all when you fall to your death. One wrong step, and poof--all gone. Sick of this game already.

I'm going to wait to buy Doom3 later on.

Look it up on the internet. That's the name of the expansion pack. And purple haze from I know usually refers to marijuana, but I'm not all that sure. Oh never mind, the expansion pack I got is Fist Alpha.
