yeha, and make a back up disc too. helps a lot, you kno, in case all else fails.

if you have another machine, rip the hard drive out of your work computer set it as a slave and access it as a slave on another computer, extract the files you need back em up. and reformat

if you've got norton or mcafee it will pick up the virus and will rip it to shreds as long as you keep your definitions up to date.

that;s one thing i didnt like with mcafee when i was using it. the definitions came in sorta late. norton was right up to speed. perfect.
