Looking to upgrade, what Should I get?

Well... heres a pretty basic summary of my computer.
I'm looking to upgrade it, but not sure where to start. I was thinking about going with the memory, since that's probably what limits my video card the most.

MotherBoard:

Might be kingston, 2x 256 MB Sticks, pc3200. DDR SDRAM

Video Card:
Saphire Radeon x800 XT PE.

CPU:
Intel P4 HT, 3.06 GHZ.

Hard Drive:
Maxtor 120 GB, 7200 RPM, Serial-ATA/150

Running Windows XP Home Edition, SP2.

What do you guys think I should do?

Mastors ... I would recommand Western Digitals....plus mastors dont like being slave drives if you ever made it slave

I don't even know what a slave drive is :X

BTW this is only a gaming computer. I don't do any photoshop or anything like that.
