What's a good DVD burning program to...

1) If i want to burn avi and mpg movies onto a DVD disc by making chapters and that stuff.

2) To burn .vob files to a DVD disc

Can be the same program or not and please list what the latest version is.

Roxio Easy CD Creator is great for that kind of thing.

If you want to burn DVDs, you don't even need a computer.

All you need is a naked flame, or some petrol and a source of heat/ignition.

Yeah; that's good but it won't create the files.
