AMD in 2006...

just says amd roadmap for 2006 has been published unoffically.... and that socket 939 will be taken out by a socket m2 think it was?
 
Well, that is a ways away. Toledo will be awesome! And the M2 will be for Multicore as well, so it is a ways away....

i knew 939 would go out but its been called the future, and in a year it'll be gone!
what differnce between the 3800 and 4000, they both run at 2.4GHz
and one more question, is cache same size in all the athlon chips?? (i know fx chips have larger)
 
Jay, you just said the difference between the 3800+ and 4000+, the Cache. The 4000+ is AMDs best processor for the price, because it has a 1MB L2 just like the FX series *cough, it is an FX-53 basically, cough* Anyways, that is the difference.

well since we talking about amd in 2006, where you think intel will be?!
they've been master for a while! you reckon amd will take over??

it sure looks that way to me! when will intels 64 bit chip release??
