That isnt bad, but I would go nForce3 Ultra MOBO from GigaByte and an AMD64 754pin processor instead. It wont be that much more money at all. But still well worth it, 3X the performance for 1.2X the cost.

that's a pretty nice chipset there. i like it. of course, my system is just about the nicest ive ever done, but then again, your comp isnt to shabby either. sorry. the GA-7N400PRO2 Rev is nice. no raid? :( lol.

i've got a ga-7n400-l, the only thing is i think my bios chip has gone, my power supply failed and fucked the chip!!!! but otherwise it is a nice board, it is worth getting the pro one coz it has a dual bios and that would mean u could still enter the system even if the other fails, clever really!!

Yeah but that was your fault right not the MOBO? and if i have suffecient fans then i wont need to wrory bout that right?

yeah, get a 754-pin or 939-pin
foxconn 755fx-939 pin= $99
3000+ 939-pin= $156
its a great Chipset, the $800 Intel was the only thing that could bet it at Hl2 intel wise that is. :)

I think those FoxConn MOBOs look cheap Necro. Again, I am judging by looks. How is FoxConn'sCustomer support? Do they have toll free number, and do they have 24/7/360 tech support?
