Create hotkeys

I would like to be able to make a hotkey on my keyboard so that instead of typing out my email address all the time i can just press a combination of buttons e.g. Ctrl + 9 and hey presto my email address will appear. Can any wiz kid out there help me. Cheers.

if you have internet explorer get yourself google toolbar, it has an auto fill function that would fill in your email addy

Yeh i know that sometimes it has the auto fill drop down menu but it doesn't always come up. I was hoping there would be another way.
