If you are actualy serious about running hosting, i would just offer it for free.
1) you dont have a related domain name
2) you are an individual new to this experience
3) i doubt you can support it fundamentaly
4) i wouldnt pay that much for hosting for those services.
5) the site doesnt fit in with the hosting look
