Raising FSB

Can someone set me straight on this:

Okay, so I'm getting a 2500+ Xp M, and the default FSB is 266mhz. Because Xp mobiles are just desktop XPs that can run at 1.45 Volts as oppossed to 1.65 Volts, I should be able to raise the FSB to 333 without thinking, so long as my memory supports it (pc3200 400mhz) no? What about achieving an FSB of 400mhz?

Also, when I look around online for forums and the like that pertain to 2500+ mobile OCing, people seem to talk about raising the fsb to 200. How can it be raised to 200 when it is already at 266?! What is with this? Are there two types of FSB? Are there some good explanatory articles on the subject of the FSB and how it works etc?, because I am confused. Forgive me for asking SOOOOO many questions. It is only because I have recently caught a HUUUUUGE computer bug and cannot get enough of the subject. I'm ravenous for knowledge! I want to learn!

I think it should be 266 default because anything under that is wierd but they make it lower volatages because you might wanna save power
