ok, not many ppl in this forum use msi 
but for those who do, on msi corecell, does it actually over clock ur cpu or just say it is and doesnt? cuz after i get it to 2.2ghz my system window still shows 2.1 (which is the highest i can figure out how to get in bios), and if i try to get higher than 2.23 in corecell my comp freezes ... WTF! lol anny suggestions would help.
or if anyone who is gettin like ... 2.4 ghz with a 3200+ on the msi neo 2 plat mobo, if you could tell me ust exactly what to set everytying in the cell menu in teh bios, that would be nice too
