Greetings to all Repliers:
I've gone through a full series of tests in regards to this system and the ONLY FIX was to disable the onboard sound, install a new PCI soundcard and use MusicMatch to play the music. This was my only solution.
Tnx for all the suggestions and help. I hope this post will assist anyone else w/ similiar situations.
