Question about video capturing

Hi. I tried this using FRAPS and was not successful. I want to play a DVD and be able to capture the video AND audio in avi format. FRAPS did capture the video but the audio didn't work cause for some odd reason it does not detect my sound card. So if anyone has another program that might work or a way to fix FRAPS I would greatly appreciate your time. Thanks.

i dont no but to capture i think u can just press print scrn at the top right of your keybored

No thats for a screenshot I need to capture video with audio, like from a dvd. FRAPS got the video fine but couldn't grab the audio. It won't detect my sound card.

My webcam captures videos if thats wat you mean? it camw with some video software
