power supply question

ok im upgrading my computer soon and wondered about power supplies. how do they differ other than wattage. the mobo and processor i am getting is this nice combo http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1178777&CatId=1619 is there different power supplies for different processors? and do they all fit inside standard atx cases that im looking at? im looking for one around 400w can anyone recommend one? any help is greatly appreciated.

Wait, get the foxconn 755FX, faster then the asus, cheaper too only 99 at new egg and if you jet your same prossesor its only $269 st newegg so total it's $368 now for your power supply get a 420 watter thats what my bro has and he has a 3500+ amd. also all power sulpply fit the atx form factor which is used in almost all cases.
